Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded.
If an issue occurs during shipping or handling, Natural by Nicki LLC will open a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Once approved, a replacement item will be reshipped within 7–10 business days.
If there is an issue regarding the quality of your item, clear photos of the product and packaging must be submitted within 3 hours of the delivery timestamp for review and determination of a replacement item, store credit, or coupon savings toward a future order.
